The Formula 1 First Night Race in Singapore

Never have I imagined that Singapore will be able to hold such a fantastic event! If anyone would have been there, they will definetely have the same thoughts as me!

We bought the tickets as soon s it launched as my hubby is a sports / fast car lover! :P And of cos through time, I learnt to appreciate it as well. Few years back, we went to Sepang, Malaysia to catch the F1 race. That's my 1st introduction to Formula 1 !!!

This year, we have been following the races on cable and so more or less I learnt about the drivers in the race.

On the 1st Night of the race which is the PRACTICE, we went. There aren't alot of people as we still do not need to Q for most stuff. I personally like the Padang Area which it holds alot of different kinds of food in Spore and the atmosphere and deco there, it just feels like I am in another country. Its indeed a job well done!

On the 2nd day, there are tons of people as compared. We explored other areas this time and see long Qs everywhere and there are alot of people Q-ing for the F1 Merchandise. It is pretty happening and of course there are so many foreigners around too. Everyone seem to be having fun!

On the 3rd day, we stayed home (cos my leg is painful) to catch it live from Channel 5 and Stars Sports. Its really really a cool race! It's so exciting mann! Felipe Massa was leading all the way till the 12 or 13 lap where Nelson Piquet careered into the wall and caused his car to be badly damaged. Then the safety car came out and all cars are not able to over-take or even go to the PIT STOP. Those who do that will suffered penalty.

Then Felipe Massa was in the Pit Stop on Lap 15 when he was given the Green Light and drove off with the fuel hose still attached to his car. One of the Pit Crew was carted off. And Massa ended up in his Ferrari at the end of the Pit Lane while the crew ran towards and pulled off the hose. He was given a drive through penalty and joined the race again in 18th place.

With just a Nelson Piquet Accident, it causes the whole situation to change! And this give chances to other racers. It's so exciting. I feel in F1, every second counts and not till the last min, there are still hope and chances. And of course it's about their Strategy too.

Fernando Alonso had a PIT STOP before the Nelson Piquet Accident and it gives him an advantage. And of cos he is also a very skillful driver. Finally Spain's Fernando Alonso won his first night race in a year at the Singapore Grand Prix Sunday. It was the Renault driver's first victory since the Italian Grand Prix last year and it capped a remarkable weekend.
He was top two of the free practice sessions and start 15th on the grid after a mechanical problem in qualifying. And still with his spirit of not giving up, he finally WON !!!

2nd Place is Germany's Nico Rosberg in a Williams and 3rd is Britain's world championship leader Lewis Hamilton.

With that, let's look forward to the next F1 race in Japan 2 weeks later! :)

Almost 3/4 months have past for 2008! Time really really flies!

I began to think back and wonder what I had achieved this yr soon. This year had been a challenging yr for me. I made a decision to change company but still in the same industry. After about 6mths with the new company, I really have made the right choice! I had a real break through this month which I feel happy and accomplished! Well, it don't just stop there. I hoped I can cheong forward more.

I learned to be more focus in whatever I do! Focus till it works and stable and then duplicate it again. I went for quite a no of courses this year too and it had not ended.

So far so good for this year. But I hoped to achieve more too! Last quarter of 2008 got to be more exciting! :P

And of course looking forward for my Japan holiday end of the year! Yeah Yeah! My dreams come true again. :)

All the way and looking forward to 2009 !!! :P

A short break

Finally! I am going for a short break since my last holiday last year. It seem a long wait though.

To me, its always good to get out of Singapore and have some overseas fresh air and then you feel so much refreshed when you are back.

I am going for an Auto Venture trip to Redang from tommorrow. I read up some info about the place and it looks so beautiful. I remembered many years back when the sammi cheng movie was shot there, I wanted to go but did not really plan for it. Now we are driving our car out for a holiday too! :) Its a different kind of holiday experience we are doing this year.

I have been missing from writing my blog for many many months! :(
Sometimes I just procastinate what I should do. Are all humans like tat? :P

Just some updates about me and myself.

I have been pretty busy for the past few months. I got myself in a new company but still in the Financial Industry. Really no regrets in making this move although I still give up my one year effort. But no pain no gain! :P

It had been 3months since I embarked on my new career. My work life is so different now. I feel so passionate and professional in what I am doing now! There are so much that I do not know when I am with my old company. Despite my 1 year in this industry prior to this, I feel that my knowledge is so shallow. Well, now I am equipped with so much knowledge that I wish I can just shout and share with everyone I know. And make an impact in their life!

To all my ex-clients out there : I would like to apologized for my departure from my ex-company. But rest assured that I still like this industry and that's why I am still in this industry so that I can continue to service you! :P

There's one thing never changed. Its the fact that we are always growing older. haha:0
Age just increase year by year. :) This is one thing that we cant compete with anyone. :)

So How I spend this day? :)

I have a very good rest and woke up quite late. :) But then still tired. haha

We went to Poison Ivy at Bollywood Veggies for lunch! We have chicken curry, oyster mushroom, Nasi Lemak and Farm Grown Aloe Vera. The food is so home cooked and they stated that they is no msg. It's nice. Can try! :P

After lunch, we have a walk at the Bollywood Veggies. The bananas they used are from their plantations! :) After strolling, we went to Qian Hu! And I went for the Fish Spa Treatment! keke Its really very relaxing leh. Shiok Shiok. I wonder if I can buy the Fishes home and do Fish Spa everyday! haha:0

After Fish Spa, we went to Changi Airport Terminal 3. There are so many people at T3. They all went there to shop & eat. But its a nice airport. :) We have Crystal Jade Shanghai food for dinner. Its my first time trying their Shanghai food. I must say its nice lor. :)

Guess wat? My fren finally know how to come to my place to pick me leh! :P

She make it to my place and waited for me for sometime cos I sent my another fren out.
After she picked me, I directed her to go IMM from my place. Its not too difficult though.
After having lunch at MOS and I had my fav Apple Pie there, we proceed to shop around. :P
And her purpose to go Daiso is just to get soya sauce lor. haha

After IMM, she sent me home as I have dinner appt with my fren.

I always liked been drove around. :P It will be best if I dun need to give any direction. So next for her to learn is to learn the road & see the sign borad. keke

Its really sad to see someone u love, u know leaving you behind.

Life is just so unpredictable!

Therefore, we should always treasure the people around us. Be it whether they are your friends, colleagues, families or even enermies. Because life is just so short! You will never know when you will not be around & Do not wait till they are gone then we feel sad or regret. At least we know we have no regrets!

Here ... I wish MC King joy,happiness,fame and riches in his other world! Continue the laughter & joy you bring to the people here and there! I am sure you will always be remembered!

Today.... I finally get a chance to sit in my friend's car!
She always drive her friends but never never drive me one leh. So long friend liao... How can right? :P

Anyway, its really fated that I got a chance to sit in the car she drove. :) Cos I am supposed to meet her to see a watch which she wanted to buy. So I told her I will go pick her. Then she told me her sis is not using the car! So I drove to her place and sit her car lor. kekee

I always liked to be chauffeur around rather than drive la. Driving can be tiring esp raining, JAM and night time. :) Anyway, its a safe and comfortable journey. We went for lunch at Old Airport Rd and then went to Bencoolen to buy the watch. But her watch is sold out. But my friend place a deposit for them to order it for her. She just loved the Watch so much.

But its such a rainy day lor. I have not been out in the rain for sometime liao. :)

Hope to have more chance to sit in her car. Of cos, she needs to pick me from my place next time.

At least I finally got the chance to try it in 2008! :)

I have been hearing about this Japanese Restaurant for very very very long. But just have no chance to go there yet. :)

Today! I happened to meet my friend for lunch so I was asking her to suggest. She said leave it to me. So when I pick her from there, I saw their poster and decided to try it.

We ordered a Set Lunch and a Seafood Kami Nabe. When the waitress served us, its really like a big feast leh. See below....

Its really nice lor. And guess what? With all these on our table, the waitress served us a plate of tempura. We thought wow! Still have huh. So she arranged a place for it. Then I took a pic of it.

Guess what? Its not ours! Another lady came over and said it belongs to another customer. Haha:0 Luckily we have not even touched it yet. Except for taking a pic of it.

Its a nice and fulfilling lunch! I hope to have a chance to go back there again to eat. :)

What's ON for 1st Day of 2008?

Hmm.... Ever wonder what have you done for the first day of the year?
I try to recap what did I do for the 1st day of 2007 but I cant rem.
So I thought why not I make an effort to rem since a start of a brand new year. :P

So what have I done today to kick start the year? :)

I had a good night rest and woke up at about 11am.
Then My hubby & I went out for our brunch & watched Aliens Vs Predators 2!
Guessed what's our 1st meal for the year? :) Its our Fav Fast food! MOS BURGER! kekeke

I had Chilli Dog while my hubby ate the new introduce chicken burger. And it goes with a large fries and a Medium Ice Lemon Tea. And finally it satisfied us with their small little apple pies. We nvr missed that whenever we have MOS.

Then we went to catch AVP. The show started on time. I thought normally they will have 10mins grace. Anyway, we missed a few mins of the show. The show is exciting but disgusting too.

After movie, we headed home. I was online playing scrabble and facebooking.
And we had ta bao dinner bought by my PIL. Then I watched the 9pm channel 8 serial. That's how my 1st day of 2008 goes! :P

Last Day of 2007

Hmm.... Time really flies mann! Tat goes 2007 and welcoming 2008!

2007 had been a fulfiling year for me! I had learned & grown alot in this year alone.

So what had I achieved this year?

1) I did well in my career.
2) I enjoyed & find meaning in my career.
3) I had finished reading a few books which had changed my perceptions.
4) I attended T. Harv Eker Millionaire Mind Intensive!
5) I am on the 90 Day Wealth Conditioning Program
6) I find more meaning & happier in life than before
7) I travelled to US this year for holiday!
8) I received many many good news from my friends.
9) I learnt to receive all good things in life.
10) I am learning the skill of trading.
11) I joined the Quantum Leap Program with my Hubby!
12) I celebrated many many happy & successful occassion!
13) I continued to learn & grow mentally, physcially, emotionally & Spritually.
14) I learnt to manage my own money!
15) I am learning to get out of my comfort zone.

2007 will be a year full of memories.... Lets not look back and moved ourselves to a new 2008 and start to achieve what we want!

WooHoo... Before the Formula 1 Starts. There is already a Go Kart event going on.

I would think this is perhaps to educate the citizens on this kind of races.

After reading so much news on this, me & my hubby decided to check it out at Punggol.

We are early. Reaching there about 915am. There aren't alot of crowds as we think it might be. We went to buy coupons and rush to the Go-Kart Sessions. To our disappointment! We are not well-dressed and not allowed to play. We need to be in long pants & shoes. To our surprise, there isn't a queue either. Well, its located at neighbour area and who would think we need to come in proper attire. And many people are in the T-shirts & Bermudas.

Oh Gosh.... No wonder no Q. Anyway, we are then told there is another session for adults. "Bigger Version". So we went to the other side and realised that its for professional drivers who is racing and drifting the cars. There are many sports car - include a Red Ferrari! So cool mann! I like the sound of it the best! kekee

I used to have many many presents when I worked in Singtel but now I am no longer there. My colleagues here do not really celebrate christmas wor. Well, I still give presents la. To my sisters and closed friends. keke

As usual, every year, my MIL will buy log cake. This year, my hubby said he volunteered to buy. And he got it from Cafe Noel from Raffles the Plaza. Its a nice one. Yummy....

A day to be Remembered

It was the 1st day of Chinese New Year! As usual, we changed into our new clothes and wanted to go Pai Nian. And usually we will take a family photo while waiting for my sister in-law to reach.

Then the phone ring..... It's about 1025am. My Mother in-law pick up and here is the saddening news: MY GRANDMOTHER IN LAW PASSED AWAY! Well, the mood changed. We all changed our clothings and rush down.

When we reached there, my grandmother in-law was on the wheel-chair with her eyes shut. She had passed away peacefully as if she is sleeping. I still remembered how I clean her when I visit her. Now she's gone. But it's also a relief for her cos she do not need to suffer anymore.

She had passed away peacefully on 18th Feb07 at about 1015am at the age of 88yrs old. And will always be remembered by her loved ones!

Some Forms of Debts are Good - By Dennis Ng

Debt is bad. If your parents ever gave you any financial advice when you were growing up, that was probably it. And, even in adulthood, the debt-is-bad mantra is something that we keep hearing from financial experts. Indeed, just about every personal finance book or article that touches on the issue of personal borrowings recommends trying to be debt-free as soon as possible. So, it’s no wonder that an aversion to debt is deeply ingrained in our belief system.

However, while the advice of our ancestors is certainly well meant, it perhaps misses the role that reasonably priced debt can play in a well-structured financial plan. Similarly, much of the advice that the most famous financial experts offer on the subject is based on the loan products and tax regulations in Western countries. In fact, if you put aside the lifelong conditioning to which you have been subjected and coldly analyze the loan products available in Singapore, you will probably find that some forms of debt are worth having and keeping for as long as possible. Housing loans are one such form of debt.

Banks in Singapore consider these loans to be low risk because they are backed by solid collateral – namely, your house. Thus, the interest rates they charge for these loans tend to be lower than any other form of credit they would offer you. Currently, the effective rates of interest charged by banks for housing loans are about half what they charge for car loans and less than a quarter of what they charge for personal credit loans. In the course of my work though, I have come across people who choose to pay down their housing loans while simultaneously taking out car loans. Obviously, this doesn’t make any financial sense. They would be better off directing the cash they are using to reduce their housing loans towards purchasing their cars.

However, your housing loan isn’t just a good alternative to other forms of debt. I would even suggest that the low rates of interest that banks charge for these loans makes it worthwhile to consider saving and investing even before paying them down. The key to seeing the logic of putting cash aside for other things before fully paying down one’s mortgage loan is to understand that paying off the loan doesn’t actually improve your net worth.

Suppose you have a condominium with a market value of $500,000, a mortgage loan of $400,000, other investments worth $100,000 and cash in your bank and CPF accounts totaling $100,000. Using the cash in your bank and CPF accounts to reduce your mortgage loan by $100,000 to $300,000 doesn’t leave you any richer. All you would have done is cut $100,000 off your liabilities by reducing your assets by $100,000. So, before trying to reduce your housing loan whenever you have some extra cash in the bank or in your CPF account, think about what else the money could be used for.

Use insurance products

For starters, paying down housing loan too aggressively and failing to have a sufficiently large “emergency fund” could land you into trouble if you were to lose your job, meet with an accident or fall ill. Hanging on to your cash instead of paying down your mortgage would enable you to comfortably meet these contingencies. No doubt, you could buy some form of disability income insurance or medical insurance to transfer some of these risks to an insurer. But even if you did, the cash that you free up could go towards your investments instead of being used to pay down your mortgage loan.

Indeed, the insurance policies that you often have to purchase as part of borrowing money to buy a house is another reason not to pay down your mortgage loan too quickly. For instance, if you buy a HDB flat with a loan from the HDB, you are actually required to get some form of mortgage insurance. It could either be the “Home Protection Scheme” offered by the CPF Board or a mortgage insurance policy from a private insurer.

In the event of your death or total and permanent disability, these insurance policies would kick in and fully settle your mortgage loan. And, the larger the outstanding loan, the more the insurer would have to pay. In that instance, your family would actually be better off financially had you used your spare cash for investments instead of using it to reduce your mortgage loan.

Buyers of private property might not be required to take up mortgage insurance. But it probably makes more sense to get some anyway instead of using any spare cash that you might have to quickly reduce your housing loan.

Reducing balance vs compounding

The big question is whether using a “spare” $100,000 of cash for investing instead of paying down your mortgage loan will actually leave you financially better off? After all, interest rates that banks charge you for a housing loan are higher than the interest rates they pay for deposits.

Interestingly, even if the interest rate you pay on your housing loan is 4% whereas the return you hope to earn on your spare cash is 3%, you be better off investing it instead of using it to reduce your housing loan. The reason is that the housing loan principal is reduced every month when you make your installments. Hence, the interest that you pay on your loan is not constant but reduces over time.

Assuming an annual housing loan interest rate of 4%, your annual interest expense for a $100,000 loan would be approximately $3,961 in the first year. But it would be fall to about $2,863.21 by the 10th year. On the other hand, the power of compounding means that the opposite happens when you save money and invest it. Every year, your principal increases as the interest you earn is added on. Assuming annual returns of 3%, the interest you earn in first year is $3,000. But that increases to $3,914 by the 10th year. The total interest you would pay on a $100,000 loan at 4% for 20 years works out to only $46,169, whereas the total interest you would earn from your $100,000 savings at 3% interest rate for 20 years works out to $80,611. That’s a difference of $34,442.

Even when you take into account the principal portion of your monthly installments that wouldn’t have been tied up if you didn’t have a loan, you would still come out ahead by some $2,815 (assuming the money also earns 3% annually).Clearly, if the rate of return you earned from your savings were, say, 4% per year rather than 3%, the difference would be much higher. The total interest you would have earned would be $119,112.30 over 20 years, leaving you about $41,316.30 better off.

That’s a substantial amount of money to be squeezed out by doing nothing more than restructuring your finances. You wouldn’t have to take on a second job or work an extra minute for it. So, if you are about to pay down your housing loan, perhaps you should stop and think about it again.

Your housing loan is really the last loan you should repay.

Weddings & Baby Showers!!!

Wow!!! This mth pocket shiong for me mann!
I got 3weddings and 2 baby parties to attend. Need to attend weddings almost every weekend. Last week attend one at fullerton and today one and pan pacific. And this coming sat another one. Then this sat & sun need to attend baby parties.

So many happening events coming up. Busy with my new job and really feel so tired recently.
For the whole of this yr, I had not fallen sick till this festive mth. I am down with sorethroat & slight flu. Sian mann! It seem no mood for anything!

But then... life still goes on! :P

Fun! Yet Tiring Day!

The day started gloomy... I tot it will be like that for the whole of today.
But it turned out to be a sunny day! We woke up early so that we have more time.

We set off at about 10am and went for Ya Kun Breakfast. After that, my Hubby & I went for a shopping spree. Guess wat? We shopped for the whole day! We start from Tangs all the way to Dohby Ghaut, visiting almost all the malls in Orchard. :P Then we took a train back to Orchard mrt as we had parked our car at Tangs as the max parking fees we need to pay is $10.50.

We rest for lunch and dinner and the rest of the time is walked. It since a very very long time that I walked the whole Orchard and shopped for the whole day! I used to do this with my frens when we are still schooling. Those were the days mann!

Anyway, I bought a dress, 2tops and my hubby bought a pair of shoes! :)

It was a fun shopping day but I am dead tired. My body seem to be aching liao. Seem that age is catching up.... haha:0

Finally.... 5 full days of training is over. Now I am a licensed Financial Services Consultant !!! :)

The training is so tiring but it was fun and enriching! I had learnt alot from the foundation training and knew alot of frens.

Now it's a new start to my career and wish myself all the best! :P

Today, I finally submit my resignation letter. Such a relief mann!
I had been thinking of throwing the letter few mths back. But I give myself more time to try it out. But there are really alot of restrictions in this company that I do not like to do. And the job scope really bored me to death. Its very routine till I cant take it anymore. :P

My job Scope :
1) Make 75 Calls a day!
2) Build rapport with buyers & get more Reqs.
3) Offer to buyers to get a deal
4) Write Daily Summary
5) Wrap up of the day!

I cant imagine myself doing this for the rest of my life unless I am the top Sales holding the TOP Accounts, earning $10~$20K a mth. Y NOT? Else, it is so suffering!

Anyway, the culture of this US company is so different! They are just like typical Cina company. I wonder if all US firms are like tat but I do nt think so. :)

Anyway, I felt so happy mann!!! I throw my letter and then can leave immediately liao! Shiok mann!!! :P

Wohoo.... I am FREE now!!! :P

Escape Theme Park

My sister jio us to the Escape Theme Park as she got free tix. The whole family all 9adults and 1 child went there. We reached there about 4pm.

It still look the same to me! Nothing much changes since I went there many yrs back. haha:0
The first we went to is the Haunted House. Nothing scary at all leh! Boring! :P
Then we went to sit the Family Coaster. Then after tat, we loiter around the Central Pavilion and played the games there to win prizes. In the end, we won alot of soft toys back.

Then we proceed to try the Daytona Beginner's Track and Daytona Go-Kart. The wait for the Daytona Beginner's Track was so long. We waited for almost an hr then it's our turn.

Then that day is also the Halloween Party at the Theme Park. There are alot of different costumes around. We took photos with some of them.

Overall, it was fun. :)

Company Year End Dinner

Its my company Final Year End Dinner. Its at Tian Ge in Kings Corpthrone Hotel.
What I can say is the food there is not nice. Almost all the dishes are not fantastic. With that amount of $$$, we can eat better food. :)

Even the dessert does not taste good. Disappointing.....

Long Weekend is over....

Sigh.... My Long weekend is over liao. No more holidays till Dec06.
Feel so sian coming to work today leh.... ArgHHHH!!!

So what have I been doing for my long weekends?
Saturday - I had late lunch(prawn noodle) about 2pm. Then went to Premier Thai Traditions Restaurants at Hong Heng Mansions for dinner. It is a treat from my MIL cos she won 4D. The food there is nice. We ordered sharks fin,pepper crab,curry prawns,steam tofu,broccoli,pineapple rice & Yimee. So many dishes and just the 4 of us. Eat till I super full mann. Then we even had Mango Pudding for dessert. And tabo coconut home.

Sunday - We went to Ka Soh Restaurant with my family for lunch to celebrate my mum's birthday. They are famous for their Fish Head Noodle. But it seem that their standard drop. After that, we cut cake at the restaurant and headed to Hello! Shop as my sis is buying a HP for my mum. After that, we went to Bishan to walk walk and headed home.

Monday - Went to my ex-colleague's place for steamboat as she invited us. Catch up with them. Enjoyed myself and played with her son. hehee:)

Tuesday - Rest at home. Just went out for lunch and then cook noodle for dinner.

My long weekend seem not so exciting though. Eat & Sleep....

Feng Yun Prawn Noodle

Anyone tried this Prawn Noodle before? I think it is very nice and fresh!

I suggested to my hubby that I bring him to eat nice prawn noodle recommended by my colleagues. He agreed and off we go. We found the place. It is located at the basement of Kim Seng Plaza. It is not a very big place. With a few tables inside and about 10tables or so outside.
We reached there around 6plus and there's not alot of people.

We sat down and then a guy served us with the menu. Very simple menu!
We ordered 2 bowl of medium soup noodles with 2prawns and a plate of extra live prawns(5 only). We waited a while and the dishes came.

The prawns are very fresh and easy to peel. No word can describe how good it is till you really try it. For prawns lover, pls rem to go there. :) No regrets! :P

After we finished, we went in to wash our hands. Then we realised, the shop only managed by a guy. He is the waiter, the cook and serve us the food. And there's a pond of prawns which he catched it live and cook in straight away. COOL mann!!! Impressive to me. As the time gets later, alot of pple crowded around his shop.

We went home after a fulfilling meal. Not too full but satisfying. :P

Wild Rocket

My hubby reserved a table for dinner at the Wild Rocket. He had tried the lunch there and enjoyed the nice food and decided to bring me there. So he picked me up from work and went there for our dinner. It is actually located at the Hang Out Hotel @ Emily.

The Wild Rocket looks Cosy to me. There's no proper carpark there so need to illegal park. But I think they are renovating the carpark area. My hubby told me that the chef is a lawyer turned Chef. So I am waiting eagerly to try how nice their food is.... :)

We ordered 1 starter, 2main course and 1 dessert. The food was served quite fast. And they served complimentary bread with olive oil. It seem weird to go with the Olive Oil. But after eating, it was nice. A different way of eating bread.

Black Pepper Soft Shell Crab & Granny Smith Salad (Starter)

Crispy Skin Salmon with Scallion Crabmeat Mash &
Crabmeat Linguini with Chilli Tomato Cream

Dark Lava Chocolate Gateau with Flambe Banana

It is really a very dinner. Almost all the dishes are so nice. The Salmon is so well cooked. The meat is not too tough and the skin is so crispy. One word! GREAT!!! :P
This meal costs us about $75. Worth it! Will go back to try the other dishes next time.

INNOVATIONATION
What's this about? It is an exhibition on our past 25yrs of Infocomm. It show case the equipments/technology used for the past 25yrs.

We saw the advertisement on the papers while flying back to Spore. So we decided to go and check it out. We pre-registered on the website : www.innovationation.com.sg before heading there.

When we are there, there are so many school children. And it makes us recall back our school excursion time. :) Those were the days....

Anyway, the exhibition is quite interesting. We were issued a tap card with our information registered on the card. And when we see a "Swipe Here" sign, we can tap on it. It will showed our name and record our answers to the questions asked. It seemed a fun way of learning. After the whole exhibition, we can view the information on the PC and take a photo. It will record all the information for their database.

Overall, I had fun! :)

The Racha (Day 4)

Its the last day at Racha. We woke up slightly earlier as we need to check out by 12pm.
We had our breakfast. My hubby ate his favourite cheese for the last time while I took the Sausage & Congee. :)

After breakfast, we went to see the beaches for the last time and went around the places. But the last day was bad. It started to rain. No more blue sky and calm sea. The sky went dark and it started to rain.

After a walk, we went back to wash up and used the openair rainbath for the last time. Suddenly, it started to rain. Well, that's it. We clean ourselves and packed our stuff for check-out. The resort people arranged for our lauggage to be picked up and drive us down to the recep area for checkout.

After that, we went back to Ao Tue Beach to take the speedboat back to Chalong Jetty. This time, the sea is calmer. And the walk to the speedboat is so much better than when I arrived. Took the lst few shots and left this beautiful place. Not sure when we will be back again but it is a memory to be kept. :)

When we reached the Jetty, we still have sometime left as our flight is at 555pm. So we went for another massage recomended by Racha. When we are there, I choose to have Mani & Pedi while my hubby did the foot massage.

The Mani & Pedi seem a disappointment for me. It is not comfortable at all. I was serviced by 3 people. One do Pedi and Two do Mani. And all is done in about 45mins. As I told them that we only have 1hr to spare. But their nail art is great! Their skill is so good. Every nails they draw for me seem so identical and neat. GREAT JOB! :P After I am done, I went to look for my hubby. Wow... He is enjoying himself. He looks so comfortable and relaxed. How I wished I am the one. I chose the wrong treatments. So sad mann!

After the treatments, we went to have our late lunch at the Anchor Inn Restaurant. We went to this place to eat on the first day. I missed their french fries. So we went back to order their Thai food this time round and a plate of french fries. Yummy! It is so nice mann!!!

After our meal, we went back to the Racha waiting area and the chauffeur sent us to the airport.
On the Plane, we got to see RAINBOW!!! Its such a nice feeling.

Thats the end of our short trip! Short but enjoyable. Awaiting for the next one.... :)

The Racha (Day 3)

As Usual, we went for our brunch. To our surprise, it is low tide and there are alot of people in the Batok Beach swimming. And there are even people who went Snorkelling too.

We decided to swim in the beach after our brunch. So we went back to change and went to the sea. It was cold. We took sometime to immerse ourselves. The waves are fun. And the water is so clear... I had a fun time. After that, we had a Snorkelling excursion at 2pm which they brought us to the Siam beach.

Its my first time Snorkeling. Although I know how to swim & float, but I still have the fear of my legs not able to touch the ground. Initially, we thought it is only the 2 of us who joined the excursion. Then pop up another guy. So it is only the 3 of us plus the person-in charge(PIC). We set off after choosing our fins. :)

The water at Siam Bay is so much calmer than Batok Beach. Ideal of Snorkelling. And there are a few boats which dock in the middle of the sea for diving & snorkelling. Before going for this Snorkelling excursion, my hubby did teach me how to breath using the mask. We must breathe using our mouth and not our nose else water will get in. I had a hard time at the sea as water keep getting into the mask. The person-in charge(PIC) had went with the guy to far away to Snorkel. And me & hubby were still near the shore trying. Then the PIC came to us and he changed the mask with me. And then, everything is ok. No water get in. Then I tried to snorkel. The PIC throw the bread into the water to lure the fishes.

WOW!!! Its so nice. The feeling of fishes swimming around u. It is a different kind of experience. Then we snorkel even further cos he said we can see Corals. Indeed.... We saw. Its really wonderful. But it gets colder as u went deeper. It is really a nice and exciting experience for me. I would loved to snorkel the next time.

After that, we went back. Bath & rest and decided to go for our fine dinning dinner. We need to eat early cos we booked a massage at 730pm. So we went there and the waiter told us that it will opened at 630pm. So we waited. Then we thought we do not have much time and cant have a very full dinner as we still need to massage. So we just ordered 2 starters to eat. After massage, then we come back for the main course. After we finished the starters, we are already quite full. As it still serve us free bread which is free flow and a complimentary dish(Salmon bread). The starters are huge in portion too. It is very very nice mann! The Mushroom wrap with ham & the Scallops with Melons. Yummy!!!

After that, we went straight to our massage for 90mins. Its so relaxing after a day of activites.

And there goes another full-filling day! :)

The Racha (Day 2)

Its the 2nd day at The Racha! The Weather is fantastic. Blue Blue Sky.... We had our brunch... Nice Cheese which my hubby loves. And I like the Sausages plus Congee... Yummy...

After that, we decide to try out the ATV - All Terrain Vehicle. It is something which both of us had not come across. But this Vehicle is not cheap though. It costs us 1500Baht just for 1Hr of Ride. We can ride round the whole Island. The ride is very exciting and fun. We went to all the 4 beaches on the island. It is very nice. And we will ride on the cliff and when u look down, it is just the sea. So scary mann. But it is trilling! :P

After the ride, we went back to rest as it is very hot and tiring. We rest for an hr or so then we went for a swim at the Infinity Pool.

After swimming, we washed up and had our dinner at the Sunrise Cafe at Ao Tue Beach. We had make a reservation earlier on. We ordered the BBQ Seafood Platter for 2 and add a blue crab to the set. The chef recommend us to have the crab steam. :) But the Seafood is abit dissapointing. It looks nicer than it taste though. I only like the Fish. The prawns & squid are so so only. And the steam crab is not as nice as we tot it is. Think we had too much expectations on the food. :) But the dish that we liked is the fried rice & Vege which is very fragrant.

After our meal, we strolled at the beach and saw some Hermit Crabs (HAHA CRAB). Then we proceed back to Villa to rest for the day. :)

The Racha (Day 1)

Finally, its time for me to take a break.... Have been waiting for this trip to relax mann!
I reached the resort The Racha at about 3+pm. It was a long and tired ride. The water is so choppy that I really felt like vomiting. When we docked, I still need to walk the long walkway layed on the water to the land. It was so scary as the water is quite harsh. There are waves so it seem difficult to walk and I am so afraid that I will fall into the water.

I was like screaming all the way till I reached the dock. It is indeed an experience. When we reached, we still need to take a short ride to the resort. When I reached there, I am already dead tired. We checked into our Villa straight away. It is very nice. I took pictures of the whole place and then take a afternoon nap.

When we woke up, it is already like 6pm. We intend to have our dinner. The night's dinner is Thai Buffet with Thai Performance. It is a complimentary for us.

After dinner, we went to walk around and went back to our Villa for our soaking in Bath tub. :)

Thats the end of the First Day! :P

Greetings from Phuket!

Yoho!!! I am in Phuket now. Actual location now is at The Racha Check-in area near the Chalong Jetty. The Scheduled boat ride is at 2pm. We need to wait for 2 and half hr to take the boat to the Resort. The journey is about 35mins!

The service provided is wonderful. We thought that we need to wait at the Jetty. But they have a waiting place just for The Racha Guests. And with free Internet Service! hahaha:0

We will be heading to a restaurant nearby to have our lunch first. But the manager here told us there isn't much things to shop around this area....

I had a fun time! Its a very long time since 4 of us meet up. Its Meow Birthday and we meet up for a meal cum celebration. :)

We had Sakae Sushi at Funan Centre. Well, in my point of view, I think it is not worth it and the teppanyaki is dissapointing. Only 4 to choose from. (Chicken, Salmon,Squid & Vege). And all come in so small portion. Well, I dun think I will go back there for it again. :P

After dinner, we proceed to TCC. We wanted to buy a slice of cake for Meow cos I had forgot to buy it when I am on my way. We ordered a slice of Oreo Cheesecake. The 3 of us were still discussing if Meow like Cheese! hahaa:0 I know both ML & Ser liked but just cant rem if Meow like cos we knew she loved Mango! hahaa:0 But there's no Manago cake available. Anyway, we just ordered a slice of cake & 5cups of plain water. Haha:0

It meant to be a surprise for her. :) I must said the waitress there is very nice and accomodating to us. She helped us to take pic with 3 digital camera and 1 Polaroid. We had a fun time taking pic and with ML's daughter, Chloe around. She adds to the fun. hahaa:0

Meow sms me in the night telling me that I nvr wished her Happy Birthday! leh... She said I nvr shake her hand wor. :P Actually, I wanted to do that when the birthday cake is out but then, it is like so many things happening and slip my mind. hahaa:0 I told her to save it for next year ok. :P Anyway, here wishing you a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

Isetan Bazzar Sale!!!

Its Isetan Sale again.... :)
I went there after work to buy a gift for my hubby's sister baby gal 1st year old.

I went with my hubby and my friend, ML. My sister and her hubby came too. There are so many people leh. I saw so many man shopping as well! These days, men really know "Where's the bargain" too. :)

I managed to get a Fisher price toy. There is 30% discount so quite worth it. And the toy seem very cute too. Personally, I liked it very much. hahaa:0 As if it is for me leh... Then I bought a toy HP for her too. Cos I know she liked to play with HP as she always liked to take mine. hehee:)

Then we went to the Sports department to help my colleague buy a swim trunk for her kid. It is under the Arena section! Guess what? Meow is there too! hehee:) I din know she will go for Sale wor. hehee:) Its my hubby who saw her first. My hubby said "Did you arrange to meet Meow here as well?" I was like HUH? Where, where? I went to the other side to see and shouted : Meow!!! U come here also. She is with her sister to buy swimsuit. After getting what I want, I went to bid Goodbye to her and left to pay. I hoped she managed to get the swimsuit and then can come to my place for a swim. hehee:)

I got no mood to shop cos there are so many people everywhere. Its like crazy leh.... Like as if all the stuff are FREE!!! hehee:)

But I always enjoyed going to Isetan Sales as I think it is really worth the money spent.

Lets wait for the next one then! hehee:)

Thoughts of the day!

Today I woke up, the first thing come to my mind is: "Today is Sat, I can sleep more".

Another second later, it is not leh.... Its Thursday only.... Another one day to weekend. Cant wait for it to come mann! :)

Nowadays, I dun really feel like working. Really got no mood & drive to work anymore. Sigh....
I had been thinking if this job suits me. I had been closing sales but I am not happy leh. I felt very restricted and controlled. I hate this feeling!!!! :(

SzeChuan Court, Raffles The Plaza

Its Mooncake Festival again.... :)
Time to indulge in mooncakes..... hehee:)
For me, I do not really like the traditional type of mooncake. I only liked snow skin, durian and ice cream mooncakes. Yummy yummy!

During the weekend, we went to buy 8 boxes of SzeChuan Court mooncakes. It is one of my fav. I loved the rum&rasin and the new favours Baileys is nice too. This year the box is red in color with flowers printed. Looks traditional though. :P

The 8boxes are to distribute to our relatives. So we went relatives visiting on sat giving out mooncakes. Just like CNY. hahaa:0

Then we ate some at nite. So nice.... :)
But cant eat too much cos it is very high in calorie mann! hehee:)

Kuriya

Its Friday after work.... Feel so relaxed.
My hubby suggested that we go to the MarketPlace at Raffles City for Jap food.

So we went to a Jap restaruant called Kuriya. It is a restaruant cum market which you they sell fresh fish from Japan! When entering the place, we saw some fish and fruits on display. So I took out my camera to take a few pics. Then a lady came out to explain to us what they offered. She told us that we can buy the fresh fish on display and they will cook it for us the way we wanted it. And the fish can be sliced up to cook in different ways too. But the fish is not cheap lor.

After that, we proceed into the restaruant to have our dinner. There are a variety of Jap food in the menu and the waitress is very nice to introduce to us their specialty and their chain of outlets under their management. She even gave a namecard of their manger to me. Then we ordered our dinner.

I had tempura seiro. My hubby ordered Unagi seiro sushi.

Then we had Salmon sushi and creamy croquette as our appetizers. :)

Finally, it is complete with the dessert, soba crepe.

We enjoyed the meal and the ambience. Nice place and nice food. But I feedback to them that their dessert is so so only. It look nicer than it taste. The waitress said she will feedback to the chef. :) Overall, the service and food is nice. I would loved to go back there again. :)

It seem that this week seem to be longer. However, its weekend soon again.
I cant seem to wake up today. Feel like sleeping lor. But still pull myself out of bed to work.

Next week is the last week of Sept liao. And the lst quater of the year is here.
Its Christmas soon.... :)

Its seems like alot of people are going to Japan these days. Its really nice to be there and experience the life there. And of cos I am fortunate to be there for my Honeymoon. It was a wise choice made. No regrets and till now, I still missed Japan.

Definetely, I promised myself that I will go back there again.

Come to think of it, why do I like Japan so much? I used to think that Japan is a tough & difficult place to go because of language barrier. But when I was there, I do not faced much difficulties. My hubby do most of the topo-ing while, I recognized and remember the routes we take.

I also have not visited alot of places in the world but I seem to be crazy over Japan. Japan is so far the furthest I travel. I been to Perth before and like the peaceful place but still Japan is so full of live. It had the natural scenery to see and their shopping there are great too. They had almost everything for everyone. No one is been left out. The food there are great! Nice and healthy.

And whenever, there is a Japan fair, I would want to be there. Nowadays, I liked to shop at Isetan Supermarket and MeiDi-ya. Anything related to Japan, I would want to be part of it.

Well, If I had earned enough money, I want to visit Japan every year till I get sick of it. hehee:) It would be nice if I can stay there too. hahaa:0 Dreaming away........

My weekend

I had a fruitful weekend for this week.

On Sat, I woke up early to go for facial with my gf, Wenxin. It took about 2hrs.
Then I rushed to meet Uncle Tony, my god father and miaofang for lunch at Hooters in Clarke Quay. It is a birthday celebration for Uncle Tony cos his birthday is today! :)
The food there is nice and the set lunch price is reasonable. Only $10 a set lunch which comes with a drink,main course, dessert and a coffee/tea. Worth it rite. hehee:)
Uncle Tony keep saying his lamb chop is nice wor. I dun like lamb so no idea. hehee:) But most impt is that he liked it.

Then after that, we went to Liang court to shop shop cos he wants to buy a pair of shoes which he bought . But they are not there anymore. I think it is sold out ba. Then we went to Meida-Ya, my fav supermarket besides the Isetan one. hehee:) He bought some sweets & snacks for his trip to Genting. After that, we walked back to Clake Quay and I treat him to Haagen Dazs. He seem to be enjoying it. hehee:)

After that, I went to Robinsons at Cityhall to buy a gift for a fren's baby full month. Then I met up with my fren, Serene who is back from US. It had been like 1yr plus since we last see her. WE had our dinner at the Makansutra at Esplanade. I think the food there is so so only leh. Not very the fantastic lor. There are other places which served nicer food. hehee:) After that, we proceed to ktv at TP Safra. Sing sing till about 1am and home sweet home. :P

Sunday is for resting. Only went to attend a fren's son full month celebration and that goes my Weekend. Another working week ahead....

Recently, I was told of the untimely death of Steve Irwin, better known as the "Crocodile Hunter". The irony of the news, besides the untimely death, of course, was the fact that he was not taken by the very animal that was on the top of his conservation list, a crocodile, but by a creature of the deep, a mantis ray, or sting ray as known by some.

Reflecting on the horrid news of a nature/animal conservative with much quick wits and reflex about him, I could not help but wonder if he took his risk a step too far. In the many documentaries that I saw with him in participation, he has taken calculated risks to liven a otherwise straight forward and factual documentary.

What is a calculated risk? To me, it is a risk taken with the view that the benefit outweighs the risks involved. But, how does one really measure "benefit" and "risk". Steve Irwin has an affinity with animals. He can approach and get closer to wild life than most humans can. He can laugh off a bite or an injury sustained during a daring act of rescue of a stranded and distraught beast when most would curse and scream for being attacked/injured. That takes a big and forgiving heart.

His actions led me to ponder on another question, how can one help others, be it man or beast, if he is not able to first help himself? My good friend, an accomplished economist and great lecturer, Vincent Seet, once gave this example to me.
"A man", he said, "who wants to help a fellow man in need, must first have the necessary resources to provide the assistance."

His words left a deep impression in me and till this day, I still ponder about the application of this example in the all areas besides the material realm. How much can I give? How much focus and consideration should I give for myself. At times, I seem to be torn and lost about how much I can or should give.

Here, years later, I’ve got a little pointer from another close friend and mentor, Ian Chung, who is also lectures extensively and expansively with a slant towards the language of the mind. Although he is more multi-disciplined especially in the area of the human psyche, he sees things in a different light from my other friend. An advice I picked up from this mentor of mine is, although similarly abstract, is as follows,
“Just do the best you can, as it is the thought, the will, the want, the desire to help that matters the most.” I was told, “this can and will drive the attempt, no matter how feeble it seems to you initially, to success!”

And to this, his good friend, also a good friend of mine, Andy Soh, adds, “it’s all about your good intentions. It’s all about the mind.”
Both these gentlemen agrees that we are all linked inexorably together, maybe this is why we are close friends.

Back to the departed proponent of nature, Steve Irwin, and all of nature’s creation, he has departed doing something he liked, fighting for a cause to which he, and I am with him, believe is a just cause, which is to protect all the living beings on this planet, not just his own, my own or the life of any person. We are part of the planet, part of nature, not it’s master nor creator, that is why other living creatures have an equal share to it as we do. “There is only one Earth, Save It or Perish”. For this spirit, I salute to Steve Irwin.

As to the queries I have mentioned in this article, to be prepared to give your life and sacrifice for a righteous cause you believe in or to take a small step back and live to help another the next moment, the decision is entirely in your hands, yours to make and never to look back one day with the slightest iota of regret.

My Honeymoon to Japan!!! (Part I)

Today... I am missing my Japan trip! I was back yesterday from my 2weeks trip to Japan (Tokyo & Hokkaido). It was indeed a very memorable trip! But there are some events/happenings that we missed or not able to locate.

We depart from Spore on the 31stMar. Our flight was 1140pm. Guess wat, we were late! There was a long Q for check in of luggage and we waited. When it is our turn, the person told us we were late and our luggage have to be personally sent by their manager to the airplane. And he told us in case it is not in time, our luggage will be taking the next flight. So sad and angry to hear that. But we are late and the Q was long to make it worst. Then another worst thing is we left with 10mins to catch the flight. We run like hell mann! It was so tired when we reached the departure gate! Finally, we caught the flight.

It was a nite flight and we are tired therefore we slept on the plane and wake up in between for meal & drinks. We landed Narita at about 730am and took the Express train to Tokyo to find our first stop accomodation, Hotel Edoya. We stayed at Hotel Edoya for only the first night as we are not able to find another one. It is generally a nice place to stay, just like a japanese inn with private bath. And we slept on the tatami with futon and wore their yukata at night after bath. The stay there was cosy and there is japanese breakfast provided. But the rates varies for different nights so we did not continue our stay there.
For the first day there, we went to see cheery blossom at Ueno Park. We joined the locals in their Hanami viewing and walk around the Ueno Park. It was indeed a very different feel. Personally, I prefer the scene when the wind blows and the petals of the cherry blossom just drop and been blown all over. It is so nice and romantic! hehee:)

The second day, We check out from Hotel Edoya and proceed to a Ryokan. This Ryokan is known as Sawanoya Ryokan. We went out to experience the city life of Japan which is Tokyo. We went to Shinjuku & Harajuku. Shinjuku is more like an up market shopping place. And Harajuku is more for youngsters. Going to Harajuku on a Sunday afternoon, you would get to see the dress up of the youngsters. They would dress up in different characters and stand along the streets. You can go up to them to take pics with them. But to our disappointment, it began to rain heavily and all the "dress up youngsters" are gone. We just managed to see some. Another miss. We went to shop at Daiso which is a 100Yen shop in Harajuku. There are so many things to see inside and we bought some snacks & drinks from there. After that, we proceed back to our Ryokan. We bought an umberalla from Harajuku which cost us 500Yen but we did not bring it back to Spore cos it is dirty and seem to be spoilt liao. :)

The 3rd day, we went to Disneyland as it is not raining. When we reached, there are already alot of people Q-ing. We Q for about an hour to enter into Disneyland. The Disney Characters are outside greeting the customers and I managed to take pics with some of them. On average, we waited for about 1 hour for each ride/program we want to see. The last one made us Q for 2hrs just to get into the Cinderalla Castle as it is stated on the program sheet that it will be closed permantely after 5thApril. So maybe thats why there is such a long Q. But everything about Japan Disneyland is in Japanese. We dun understand a single word they said. But only the announcement that said " Due to the strong wind, the program will be cancelled". This is so far the English that I heard there. Too bad, the strong wind had let us missed most of the grand program for the Disneyland. The Fireworks we also missed. This is another miss of our trip. But we bought alot of stuff from the Disneyland store. There are so many nice & cute stuff and all the cookies in the container looks so nice. We really bought alot back. :)
For the 4th day there, we went to Hakone. That is a place to view Mount Fuji. The journey was far and we took the Japan Shnkansen, which the train travels at the speed of 200 - 300 km/h. It was indeed fast and smooth. But when I look out of the window, the things moved very fast & I felt like giddy. My hubby asked me not to see. :) The trip to view Mount Fuji was indeed far. Need to change train and take a ropeway. Their ropeway is like our cablecar. It was fun and thanks God that the weather is good & clear. We manged to see Mount Fuji!!! It was indeed nice and super windy and cold mann! After that, we head back. It is another day!

The 5th day, we decided to continue looking around Tokyo. We just went to shop and look around. Places we went are Tsukiji market which we ate their Sashimi there. I think it is too fresh for me liao ba. I feel like vomiting leh. So my hubby finished most of it. He also had too much. hahaa:0 Well, it is another rainy day in Tokyo as well. We went to Ginza, Shinjuku and Ikebukuro. We went shopping cos I want to buy bags. The shopping in Tokyo is amazing. Shopping centres are so huge and they have almost everything for everyone. But generally, the stuff there are not cheap. Me only bought bags. Bought 3bags in total and a small card holder for myself. Things there are so ex that I did not even buy any shoes or clothes except a pair of jeans but that was on Sale when I was in Hokkaido. :) Thats the end of the day for shopping.
The 6th day is the day which we will be taking a night train to Sapporo, Hokkaido. Our night train is about 7pm so we still have the day for some places to visit. We went to Odaiba to enjoy a ride on the Ferries Wheel. We get to see the rainbow bridge when we are on the Ferries Wheel. And we even went to the Toyota Showroom. It is amazing to see so many different type of cars there. They are so small & cute. My hubby was happily looking around and seeing the features of the latest Camry & the high end model of Lexus. Too bad that we did not get to see Honda Showroom else I think my hubby will spent his whole day there. hahaa:0

After Odaiba, we proceed to Ueno station to take our night train to Sapporo,Hokkaido. We wanted to book a twin room for the night train but it is all booked. So we got the 4person type. Anyway, their culture is when they got up the train, they will start making up their bed and closed their window and sleep. I did not even get a chance to talk to them. So strange ya! hehee:) Anyway, we reached Sapporo about 1120am.

Its a friday! :) Horray!!!

But I am bored at work. Today is Hong kong PH. China is still having their long holiday and will be back next week. And Thai is having their Coronation Day! My God.... All the people are not working and answering to my phone calls. Hmm.... I got no one to call so I am bored.

Today call rate will be very low. But I feedback to my boss liao. Hope he will give me something new for me to work on. I cant wait to my have my customer list and start making my first deal! It is really very exciting & interesting to see everyone here working happily and earn money everyday.

Hope that I will be up to speed and make money everyday too! :P Cant wait!!!!

Oh... Long weekend is going to be over soon. Tml got to work again. Time really flies mann!

Hmm.... What have I been doing for the past few days.

On sat, I cleaned up my room while waiting for my hubby to knock off. Its a sat and he needed to work. No choice! Got to work harder to feed me wor. hehee:) Then we go back to my mother's place for dinner. I bought extra food back to "jia liao". There are my fav ABC Soup & Fish. Yummy!!! Eat till very full mann! hehee:) And the sat end just like that.

On sun, my hubby said we will go out shopping. So we went to MS to take alook at the Osim fair and shop around for a dress for me to attend a wedding. But no luck, cant find anything we liked. We quite liked the iEcology from Osim but too ex. Think we will get it in future if we have kids. hehee:) The iSqueeze is nice too but too huge and afraid that we might have no time to use it. So in the end buy nothing leh. :P Then we proceed to Marina South as we wanted to play "House of the Dead 4" which we had played in Japan and wanna continue it here. :) But then, the game is too ex for Super Funworld. ZoneX & TimeZone is cheaper by 50cents. In the end, we ended up going home.

Today.... Monday liao. I thought we will rest at home. But my hubby said we will go and find our fun! hehee:) That's to find "House of the Dead 4" and catch a movie. We went to Northpoint and the game is there! We went to GV but there is no 3plus show so we decided not to watch and just played games. Well well, we completed "House of the Dead 4"!!! To me, the ending seem disappointing! And there are only 6episodes. Well, nothing to play anymore liao. Till the next one is out then. :) After dinner, we come back home early to rest for the working week to start again! :P

Wow.... After I create this blog, i left it empty for so long till I read my best fren blog and realised my blog is there! :)

Its a long weekend week and its a sat! Me wake up early morning, read the papers, upload more pics in multiply and clean up my room. My hubby needs to work and I am alone at home. Later still need to go back my mother's place for dinner. Thats why I nvr jio my frens out.

I just started my new job for about a week. This job is totally different from my previous job and there are so many new and interesting things to learn. And most of the time, I need to be in the office making phonecalls and closing deals. Most of my customers will be in Asia and I need to travel to China & Malaysia frequently. Well, this will be another stepping stone for me. But I cant wait to be on the ball and starting building up my relationship with the customers, thats where the big money will come. :) Hope I can endure and make it!!!

I asked my best fren to try for this job as she said she wanted a sales job. But then.... sigh... Dun know what to say!

Anyway, its a long weekend week. Gotta rest & enjoy myself!!! :P

Today is my Birthday! But I need to study cos tml is my last paper. Real sian rite. But endure! Once this is over, I am free from studying liao! :) Well, I just hope that my paper will be simple.

Looking forward to freedom tml. After my exam tml, I will be attending my FH's company D&D at Marina Mandarin! And yes. Once this is over, I can concentrate on planning for my wedding on 25thFeb06 !!!

REally looking forward to this day soon.... :P
